These Terms govern the use of the Reelit platform and describe your rights and obligations when using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Reelit (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Reelit provides the following capabilities:

  • Upload long-form videos
  • Automatically transform content into short-form reels
  • Generate AI-powered titles, descriptions, and ideas
  • Store generated reels inside your account
  • Delete generated reels at any time

Uploaded videos are stored only for the duration necessary to complete processing and are deleted immediately after processing finishes. All operations take place on secure cloud infrastructure with vetted AI technology partners.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content uploaded to the Service.

4.2 License to Process

You grant Aldo Ads SRL a temporary, limited license to store, process, and return your content solely for the purposes of providing the Service. This license ends once the original upload is processed and when you delete any resulting reels.

  • Store your content securely for processing
  • Process the content to generate reels and metadata
  • Deliver generated outputs to your account

4.3 User Responsibility

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • You possess the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content
  • The content complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights
  • You remain solely responsible for the legality of your uploads

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to upload:

  • Copyrighted material you do not own or control
  • Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Personal data of third parties without documented consent
  • Malware, spyware, or any malicious files

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these requirements.

6. Payments & Refunds

Digital services rendered by the Service are non-refundable once processing begins. This approach complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU concerning digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium.

7. Availability

The Service may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance windows or unforeseen interruptions. While we aim to provide continuous access, uptime is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aldo Ads SRL is not liable for:

  • Any loss, corruption, or unavailability of data
  • Inaccuracies or limitations arising from AI-generated output
  • Misuse of uploaded content by you or other parties
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind

9. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe that material hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@reelit.pro with sufficient detail to review and address the report promptly.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account and any generated reels at any time. Uploaded videos are automatically removed after processing, so no additional action is required for the original files.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Romania.
